SPRINT 4wk Training 

The Sprint is the first step to earning a Spartan Trifecta. 3 miles and 20 obstacles on rugged terrain. Returning Spartans use the Sprint to test their speed and agility, while most newbies see it as the perfect introduction to Obstacle Course Racing.

SUPER 6wk Training

The Super is for those looking to take their Spartan journey to the next level.  The course is 10K of wild and exhilarating terrain, along with 25 of  obstacles to keep you on your toes. That’s 5K more and five more obstacles than the Sprint.

BEAST 6wk Training

You’ve mastered the Sprint and conquered the Super. It’s time to take on your next challenge: The Beast. This half-marathon and 30 obstacles isn’t just a longer race. You’ll face signature obstacles only seen on the Beast Course.

Spartan Trail isn’t an obstacle course race. Instead, Trail events consist of all-natural trail runs in the world’s most incredible locations. Regular season Trail races range from 10K to 50K, with 40+ races across the globe.
